Reading the article (on page two of this website) could make the meaning of the appearance of an extra voice on the tape clear to Spanish speaking people. For the convenience of English speaking people, very rough, electronic translations (Google and Babelfish) appear on suceeding web pages on this site. (See Navigation bar on your left.) These translations should be seen as a work-in-progress leading to a clear translation once full research into the Spanish language is accomplished. An excerpt of the extra voice appears on page two of this website and quotes two versions of what the extra voice said. Project 14 supports the second interpretation of the two versions, the Instituto de Medicina y Tecnología Avanzada de la Conducta version. Following is the excerpt of the extra voice on tape.
